Short- to medium-term engagements to commercialize innovations created by leading scientists and engineers, in life sciences and IT.

We work with innovators to introduce world-class inventions and platform technologies into unfamiliar markets, or to negotiate custom deals under unique circumstances.

Our special commercialization and venture formation initiatives, are not available from standard technology transfer programs. We undertake this work on behalf of talented R&D teams, leading research institutes, and major universities.

We take an eclectic and agile approach to our advisory work, profoundly different from the template-based drills of process consultants and functional specialists.

Merchant Banking

High-risk, long-term venture development projects, undertaken in tandem with talented, creative inventors and entrepreneurs.
